About Us | Mō mātou
Established in 2017, the Civil Service Institute of Aotearoa New Zealand provides a platform for the sharing and exchange of ideas for the improvement the lives of the citizens of New Zealand and other nations. We achieve this through offering capacity development via our core team of facilitators and broad network of public sector experts.
The Institute understands that successful enhancement of the public sector relies on a combination of factors –
Flexibility in the content and modalities of learning
Building shared experiences that are contextually relevant to the delivery of public service
Acknowledging and integrating the ideals of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Working to ensure sustainable outcomes.
